Sooners, not Cowboys, are Big 12's sleeper

I get us being a sleeper...but I don't understand the lack of respect of West Virginia. Too Chalk in the Jayhawks as number 1 with this power house program coming into the big 12 is showing a lack of respect of how good West Virginia has been and how good they are. Their young team made it into the tournament last season and that was having to fight through the Big East. They only lost 2 players, and as good as those players were, they have added some solid transfers to go along with what they have coming back. Murray and Kilicli will be the best post duo in the big 12!
 
Agreed, you have to pick them until someone takes them out.

I think they are expecting Nash to blow up and Smart to be really good out of the gate. Brown is a good player too. If Ford can bring it all together they have the talent to finish third IMHO.
 
I'd be winning to bet that OSU doesn't finish in 3rd or better, outright.

Your brilliant coach was going to use Williams and Nash as 4s. I don't care about the rest of those guys. Mostly stiffs, anyways.

I was thinking the same thing. Last time I checked both Jurick and Soucek are pretty marginal Big 12 players. Jurick can block a shot, but my grandmother can get up and down the court faster than he can. Plus he's too busy dealing weed.

If he plays any of those 2 at the same time during the majority of the game...they will have a better season...odds of that happening is slim to none.
 
I'm actually an O-State fan after my Sooners. I do not like Ford or how he has put this team together. He doesn't deserve that job or the ridiculous contract Holder gave him.
