Do you think Landrum is viable option if Young goes elsewhere?

They're using one more site than they usually do in the Tulsa area. Skiatook is the best arena in the area from what I hear. And that includes Tulsa Union. Catoosa & Tulsa Memorial in addition to ORU are the other sites

Speaking of HS bball, I'm working for two weeks in Mr. Bolden's neck of the woods. Would love to get out and watch him play a game live, but it's probably not going to happen. Keep hoping I'll run into him at dinner one night so I can fill his head with pro-OU information. :)

They will be in San Antonio starting today for state.

Schools have to want to host the playoffs to be a site. The state has always wanted to use Union but since they can't play at home they would have to host someone else. That means getting workers who are not wanting to go to the game and forcing people that would like to support their team and force them to stay home and work.

I agree Skiatook is the best gym in the Tulsa area. Union is nice but too big for most games. WOuld be good for a state tournament or finals for 6A but since Union goes every year to the state tournament that isn't going to be planned.

6A is wide open this year and has great individual talent. I am not sure there is a team this year as good as Mustang last year or some of the teams the past couple of years. However there isn't a team that is head and shoulders better than the others.

Semis should be fun to watch and if Union had their best player it would be a 4 team race. Since they don't I think it is Mustang, Norman North, and Edmond North's to win. Sucks to have west side teams playing each other in Tulsa. HOwever that won't be changing since ORU wants to host and has the best price offer.

Is Chargois hurt for Union?
