5'9-5'10. Scoring Pg, but passes well, very good athlete, jumps well, comparing him is tough.. ill think about that.

Sounds like any Travis Ford recruit, ever. :ez-laugh:
Undersized points aren't a Lon specialty, but he did recruit Dee Brown to Illinois so he could take a flyer. Regarding the local/recent talent, could he be like a certain Jordan Woodard? Woodard is probably 6'0 without shoes but all height under about 6'2 plays the same. Maybe the athleticism lines up?
A flyer on a top 150 kid? Woodard has been our starting PG for 4 years. Gym Rat, great kid. I know OU really likes him. he'll be a top 75-100 player by end of next summer (130 right now).
Woodard is 5'10 tops, they list him at 6'0. Landrum is more athletic than Woodard, much much better scorer.
Waters was going to prep school next year anyways and be a 2017 kid but he won't be playing for Norman North this year and will be moving to Texas.
Big loss for North
Where did you hear this news? Not doubting, just curious. I haven't seen this info anywhere else.
I have heard more now. I don't think what he did was worthy of the punishment and he is going to appeal. He may get to stay.
It probably won't be Texas if he leaves however it will be somewhere not in Oklahoma.
Sorry about the wrong info on Texas.[/]
Waters to Sunrise Prep. Took Instagram pictures with guns in response to school threat.

Yeah I was going to let him enroll before I posted anything.
Air soft guns.

That's a slippery slope. Idiot move, but suspending someone for not committing a crime or threatening to commit a crime is pretty reactionary.
Good grief. I'm glad they didn't have social media when I was a 16 or 17 year old kid. I did or said plenty of immature things that would get me in hot water today. Hopefully, he learns from it.
