1. if they take on a lot of JP-5 (gas/jet fuel) then the ship's draft will be deeper and the wind won't affect it

3, stupid idea my buttocks. It's Veterans Day and this is a just reward for a group of hard working people. 8-9 months of 6 and 6 watch rotation and ORSE preps during a wartime optempo = VERY well deserved reward.

They are, I believe next year the matchup is Arizona/UConn.
