I dont know about the turnpike but the roads here and around Norman are in good shape.

My concern for you would be if it gets above freezing today and then this stuff melts and it becomes a blanket of ice.

Seriously, I wouldn't go to Norman today unless I knew I didn't have to come back until at least tomorrow. I don't believe it's supposed to get above freezing until Friday at the earliest.

according to weather.com tomorrow's high is going to be in the upper 30's...above freezing... im pretty sure if you're worried you can get a hotel here in town

It doesn't have to be above freezing for snow to melt. Snow is already melting today and it's like 15 degrees.

Roads in Norman are fine it looked like. This storm was not even close to as bad as the last one down here.
