I watch more PGA golf than anything else... and I play golf 3-4 times a week, and have a 6 month old baby. I will be fine, but will still be a long offseason for basketball.

You think yours is going to be long. My girls are 16&14 and my son 13. If the wind will cooperate we can get some rifles ready for deer season other than that I will have to spend it chasing teenage boys away and building fence for their FFA projects! Thankfully my son is still half afraid of girls.

I kinda think it's going to be really exciting - June is a little ways away but I'm damn hyped to hear how our guys are practicing and hopefully really improving.

I'm just wondering, not sure if this is the place for it, but, should Washington fire Romar after this year, do you A) Think Washington lets Porter jr out of his LOI and B) Think there's any chance we can land Porter Jr? If you think it's possible, who would lose their scholarship (we are at the limit)? Also, should Romar not find a HC job, would we offer him an assistant job, knowing how good he can recruit?

Very doubtful Romar is getting fired this year simply because of Porter Jr. But then again they were incredibly talented last year & have the possible #1 pick this year and aren't doing anything.

I ask this for a couple of reasons, one is Washington fans are getting more and more fired up on Twitter about getting rid of him. They are tired of the NBA talent argument because they haven't been to the tournament. The other is I've seen it more and more on different website. It seems like this could be the year Romar gets canned. I just wonder if a school like Missouri or someone would pick Romar up hoping for Porter Jr. Also have to wonder if Washington would let him out of his LOI.

Also, he addressed the crowd talking about how it's been a disappointing season after their last loss, so pressure is definitely building

UDub pulled the Ed Manning treatment for Porter, so Dad is on Romar's staff as well. If he gets canned it will be a free-for-all for Junior's services.

Agreed, I don't think OU has a shot with Porter. My guess would be St. Louis if he chose to go elsewhere.
