What are you expecting vs A&M

They are #16 in the country, are 13-1, and play a really tough and physical brand of basketball...

I honestly have no idea what to expect... We have all been watching the team struggle with Chaminade (loss), Central Arkansas literally looked just as good as OU, Maryland Eastern-Shore was tied 39-39 in the second half before a big run, etc. We all know the story, OU has struggled with most of the awful teams on schedule and lost to anyone decent or above.

But this is a conference game.. Conference games are different. The crowd is different, the environment is different, the attitude of the players is different.

My gut tells me A&M is going to come in, control the game, and win by 15+ unless OU hits a bunch of 3's. But, I also have a strange feeling that OU could come out and surprise now that Cameron is being featured and Pledger is shooting well again.

I just dont know what to expect!

I haven't seen them play this year so I really have no idea. But if they're like they have been in the past and have tough perimeter defenders who play tight defense on our perimeter guys, we will lose by 15+.

My concern is that I think A&M will have the best player on the court, the better backcourt, the better front court, a more defined system and a better coach. I just don't see how OU wins the game.

If I lived in Norman I would love to go. Even if OU gets crushed, you will get to see your favorite team and a good A&M team play. Middleton is probably worth the price of admission (which might be free if you work it a bit asking for tickets).

I think A&M's going to win anywhere between the 10-14 range. They haven't been playing great the last couple of games, (ugly wins vs. Nichols State and McNeese) so perhaps that trend can continue.

I do question the number of fans that will attend. I would have to think the LNC will be more than half empty.

A 65-50 type game is about what I'm expecting. They're a scrappy defensive team so unless we're shooting really well the offense will be a struggle.

aTm reminds me of Sampson's teams. I think they beat OU by 8, I expect a similar game to what OU had against Cincinnati.

I expect a very frustrating game....based on their toughness and in your face style of defense...

We have been very loose with the ball for the most part this year and i wonder how we will be able to handle their pressure...Will be curious to see also if our guys are able to get open and create shots...

Defensively this will be a challenge on the boards, and we must get better at making teams take tough shots...

I dont expect a win, but am optimistic that we will keep it close with a chance to win...problem is, just because i'm optimistic doesnt mean i think it will happen...

I expect Cameron Clark to outplay Khris Middelton but for Fitz to struggle vs David Loubeau and Cade Davis to struggle vs Nathan Walkup.

If Fitz outplays Loubeau and Davis outplays Walkup we will win the ballgame. Everything else is pretty equal.

Exactly. OU will have the most talented player on the floor. But he is playing in his first conference game ever and has some holes around him.

A&M is not much better even in our decimated state. Remember last year we had them @ A&M before WW got hurt and our season went into a tail spin.
