And he's from Indiana and his mom was a professor at Butler and so on and so forth... He's not leaving Butler any time soon.

They also have more talent on campus. Last year's class was pretty darn nice for them too. They'll be an NCAA team next year. Or else Crean isn't doing a very good job.

I voted for Buzz because I just don't see David Boren or Joe C. taking that big of a chance on Billy Clyde. I would love either one of those two though!

I dont think there is much of a chance that OU can pry him from UNLV, but they are in a pretty big financial crisis and are cutting the athletic budget.

He wouldn't be a coach that you get 15 years out of...but he could come in and solidify the program for 5-7 years, gets us back in contention, and either develop a good assistant to take over for him or at least make OU an attractive enough choice for a B+ tier coach when he retires.

I think he is a pipe dream, but would be better for the program than any of the coaches mentioned.
