BCG @ Tech <--------- a sure thing

Missouri will have Mike Anderson or Pastner

Who the hell is OU going to hire to keep pace?

We will play everyone TWICE going forward

Always have been good coaches in this league and always will be. Of course this hire is very important, but I don't see how it's any more or less important than any other hire Castiglione has had to make for OU football and basketball.

League structure has changed, Baylor,A&M & KSU are far superior to anything in their history, Texas is now legitimate

A lot has changed

That's not remotely true of KSU. And why the assumption that Pastner would go to Mizzou, if that job were open?

Without KSU(well one of the coaches) you arguably don't have Phil Jackson's success.

lmao @ Scott Drew, Travis Ford and Fred Hoiberg being mentioned in conjunction with this being a "coaches league"

the league had a pretty sizable turnover from the Sampson, Sutton, Gillespie, Williams/Self, Barnes, Knight era in the early part of the 00's (which i would say was the strongest the league has been with OU, OSU, UT, KU Final Fours, Elite 8's and Knight with a Sweet 16). and pretty much all those guys were going to be hard to replace. and in one fell swoop with Sampson's "move" to IU, Sutton retiring...you had Ricardo Patton as "the Dean of the Big XII Coaches". that's pretty scorched earth compared to the RMK's, Sutton, Sampson type success over a career.
