OSU has a brutal stretch plaing at ISU, KSU and Missouri at home, at A&M, at Tech and then Baylor at home. They could lose all 6 of those games (as could OU if that was our schedule). It will be interesting to see what happens. I really don't have a good feel for the conference other than KU, Baylor and Missouri. I thought KSU was pretty good but they are 1-3. The bad thing for OSU is that KSU home game is looking like a must win for KSU. KSU has Texas at home and then plays OSU on the road.

How good, bad or average is ISU? They are 12-5 on the season and 2-2 in conference play. ISU has a nice road win against A&M and played Missouri and KU pretty well although they lost both games (I did not see either game and am basing that off the final scores).

I think OSU will be 1-5 in that stretch, with their only win on the road at Tech. What do I know, though? I didn't think the Pokes would beat OSU in Stillwater either.

As for ISU, they can beat any team in the conference on their home floor. Royce White is a beast! If I was asked to pick the top five players in the Big 12, he would be among them. His attitude appears to be suspect. But his athleticism is off the charts, and his skills are not far behind.

I hope they lose all of the rest of their games.

The Pokes beat OSU in an intrasquad scrimmage?!? :ez-laugh:

If there is a way for OSU to scrimmage each other and both teams lose they would find a way.

I think they will go 1-5, but think there is a better chance that they go 0-6 than for them to go 2-4.

It is a brutal 6 game stretch. It is really sad to see OU and OSU so down in basketball. From 2000-2004 it would have been ridiculous to suggest OU or OSU could lose 6 conference games in a row. Now it is quite possible depending on the schedules.

Look at OU's next 6. Brutal. At A&M, Baylor, at KSU, at KU, ISU, and Missouri.

I don't see any easy wins. OU really needs to win on the road at A&M steal one of the next three and then beat ISU.

My prediction: pain.

Just make sure you tune in for the big showdown when the 9-12 Cowboys enter Lubbock to play the 7-13 Red Raiders January 31st.

What a disgusting year for Oklahoma hoops in general. OU still has a NIT chance though.

I hope they lose the rest of their games, but I could easily see them going 2-4 their next 6. KSU in stillwater is very winnable. OU proved that. KSU without Pullen is not nearly as good as last year IMO. I think they will drop a bunch in Big 12 play. They already have lost 3. Plus A&M can't score and Tech is horrific.

I bet OSU beats KSU and Tech.

heck what are they down to like 7 players, that would be a pretty tough situation unless one of the 7 was MJ

OSU is about to beat ISU in Ames. ISU is a team we should beat this year.

Well spoke too soon. OSU blew a 6 point lead with under a minute.

How do you leave one of the best long distance three-point shooters practically wide open???? Paige had some awful defense on that possession.... Dwarf > Munchkin

That was a game OSU should have won. They had a 3 point lead with 15 seconds left, but gave up two three pointers (one at the buzzer) to lose by 3.

As an aside, Tyrus McGee hit 5 treys for ISU. McGee went to high school in Stringtown, Oklahoma. :facepalm
