#12 OU @ #14 WVU 12pm cst espn+

I was just watching the Tennessee/Texas A&M women's game and one of the commentators gave a little promo comment about the OU/Texas men's game this week. She commented that OU was a hot team over the past few weeks so naturally the other commentator had to talk about the Texas A&M men's team.

I know we haven't had the best on luck in Manhattan or Ames, but those are the 2 worst power 6 teams in the ncaa. they are borderline quad 4 games on the road. we need to win those

totally agree on all of it...especially we NEED to win...but we've had better teams lose there...

But in the past when we’ve played and lost in Ames and Manhattan with better teams, the quality of ISU and KSU were much better than what we will face this season.

Of the two, I expect a tougher game from ISU given that they have their roster intact now and will have played a few games with everyone back. Quirks of scheduling this season, where this would have been the year to play in Lawrence later in the season and have played in Ames earlier. The game at AFH is one I would like to have back.

Make no mistake, we should still win in Ames on Saturday, especially given the recent experience with playing them and having a better plan/emphasis to defend them at the 3-point line.

Shooting has always seemed to be the problem in Manhattan, for some reason we haven’t shot well there in the past. Hopefully this team can reverse that trend.
