#12 OU @ #14 WVU 12pm cst espn+

We are hammered dog**** in Ames and Manhattan, but we are the toughest out there is in Morgantown. Hell, our 20-loss team won inside WVU Coliseum. I can't even begin to understand it, but I will not question it. Fantastic win.

Onward!

agree...

got 3 tough road games left...I don't care what any records are.

isu, ksu, osu.

bu at home..ut at home...osu at home.

Obviously if OU plays their A game I think those ksu/isu games are wins. As we've seen if we don't and the other team does it could be a loss...easily.

I think we go 4-2

I know we haven't had the best on luck in Manhattan or Ames, but those are the 2 worst power 6 teams in the ncaa. they are borderline quad 4 games on the road. we need to win those

First off, I am really proud of this team to this point of the season! However, we don't have an easy game left since there is no such thing as an easy win on the road. That said, you are correct in that we really need to win those two road games where wins have been hard to come by for several years. Two wins there, a split with OSU and a win over Texas should keep us on the "3 line" for the Dance even if we go one-and-done (which sadly, we usually do) in the Conference Tournament.

I'm going to work on putting this game up on youtube for those that missed it. I will also work on getting other games for this year.

Thank you!

My dad pointed this out -- so I had to go look at the tape myself. That loose ball with 3.5 seconds left -- Gibson was like going to come up with the loose ball and the WV player dives and shoves Gibson to the ground causing Gibson to knock the ball out of bounds.

That should have been a foul and some free throws on the other end. I'm glad we hung on, but that was a big no whistle.

I was screaming at that no-call. Totally blown by the officials, who didn't have a great game, in my view.

Cleared him out!!! Clear foul.

I may be a little late to the postgame party, but no one could possibly be more proud of this team than me!

I was tied up with a plumbing problem during the game today. I discovered a few minutes before game time the hot water heater blew out last night and flooded our garage. I kept tabs on the score, but didn’t get to spend much time enjoying this great win! I’m glad Nick is going to post the game on the board. Thanks, Nick! I’ll try to watch before the plumber shows up Monday morning with a tool bag in one hand and a bill for his services in the other.

By the way, am I the only one who is having having more fun watching this team of warriors than our Final Four team? I know that sounds crazy, but it’s true.

Tell the plumber you want a "cool water heater" as they are less expensive.

I wonder where you were -- glad it was nothing worse than plumbing problems (though that's bad enough).

I'm putting up 4 OU games at once so it'll take a while. But I should have it up by the morning.

Thanks for replay, Nick.

One of the plays I forgot about but loved is when Harkless got the ball at the rim in 1st OT. He gave a about three fakes so he knew he was in danger of 3s. He decided to kick it out to Harmon for the wide open 3. But what I loved is that Harkless made a smart and conscious effort to step out of the lane right after he passed. He basically told the ref there is no way you can call 3s.

That was an interesting play. He seemed to kind of freeze (I assume he thought the defender was a bit closer than he was, but he was actually free and clear if he'd gone right up with a shot or a dunk) and he finally threw it to Harmon in the corner. Had Harmon's three not been good, that would have been a very frustrating play (and one we'd have bemoaned, had we lost). It just goes to show how many ways a close game like that one could have turned out differently.

I think he was spent and had no legs left. He had an opportunity to get to the rim earlier but was a little slow in doing it and then was afraid he was going to get blocked from behind. But I liked what he did once he thought he was in trouble.
