Winner of the Play in over St. Louis

New Mexico State with thier size over San Diego State

and of course

Eastern Kentucky over Kansas

Providence over UNC. In 2nd round, wouldn't be shocked to see New Mexico over Kansas without Embiid

Nebraska over Baylor - First ever win for Nebraska and a loss by a psyco Baylor

If SFA gets a lead, they take the air out of the ball, and force teams to chase their ball handlers all over the court...

Kansas State over Kentucky. I don't think Kentucky will like KSU's tempo.

Honestly, a lot of people will have us losing in that stereotypical 5/12 game. They play really smart basketball with good defense, so we need to come out hot and not go cold and settle for too many jumpers

New Mexico is a lot better than most people realize.

They don't play good defense, but they are pretty good on offense.

I think the game will come down to who shoots it the best, and possibly rebounding. They have some guys that can create matchup problems for for us. Their 4 is bigger than Cam. They have a kid Cam's size that starts at the 3, and is their best player. The way we switch, if a Woodard, or Hornbeak ends up on him, that is a pretty bit mismatch. And he is sturdy, so even a switch to Cousins is a bit of a mismatch.

Hopefully we can shoot it well. I think that will be key.

Digger Phelps and Jay Bilas both picked North Dakota State. Digger is acting like they're the 2012 Kentucky Wildcats. Jay was a little more wishy-washy, but was worried that OU's defense may not be good enough to slow down NDSU.

As for upsets, mine are in line with Coolm's, though I'll add the NC State / Xavier winner over St. Louis.

They're also picking Nebraska over Baylor, I guess they didn't get the memo on the strength of the Big 12. Idiots.

Of course not, they ACC, BIG 10, SEC, and PAC 12 are far superior to the Big 12 just ask them

Bwahahaha! Now Digger is saying that OSU has a good chance to get to the Final Four! Is this some kind of parody he's doing?

More or less...think of a college basketball version of Lee Corso minus the Red Bull.

Even trying to stay objective about OSU, their lack of an inside game (much like us) will make it a huge challenge to win four games. The only reason either one of us has any shot at winning four games is because the West is the weakest region. Still, if we can get to the Sweet 16, I'll be beyond ecstatic.

It's not just OSU's lack of size, it's their overall lack of depth. They barely go six deep.

I know they have a great record, but I'm far from enamored with SFA. Their SOS was almost 300....with their best win of the season being Towson. I probably won't pick any 5/12 upsets, but I might consider the play-in game winner of St. Louis.
