2019 Recruiting

Recent CBs:

Tyson Etienne (4-Star CG)
Victor Iwuakor (3-Star C)
Jalen Hill (4-Star SF)
Tray Jackson (4-Star PF) - recently also had a CB to Missouri

Ill wager we sign at least 2 more 4 stars? and more than likely 4. Wanna wager?

Why still come here is you just put down OU all the time? Just enjoy trolling or fire bob stoops crowd?

Coach - can I wager with you even though I think we will get the commitments? That way if we don't it's not a total loss :)

I think we will land two more really good players - I don't care about the star ratings, I just want star players

Tray Jackson has had a ton of CBs to Minnesota today. So there is that...

I am worried about you, man. You will be so miserable when OU signs some good recruits. Actually, now that I think about it, you will just change your focus and start talking about how those players aren't really very good, after all.

No. I am just dreading watching OU basketball going forward, since the talent level is low, compared to other peer programs. OU just lost a kid who they clearly led for. Not trying to be negative, just not much to be positive about (in my opinion).

Thomas will be on campus plus ty e and another this weekend

You’re catching on, Wichita. I’ll worry more about cjhsooner (not when but IF ) he has something positive to say about OU without adding a negative. He has all of the markings of an Aggie troll or someone with a personal axe to grind.

Please stop!

It’s way too early to pretend to be concerned about OU’s commitments in the 2019 class. Even if the commitment list was full, it doesn’t mean much until the recruits sign a LOI. In other words, none of the schools you like to praise for their recruiting success can sign anyone until Novemy 7th. Are you aware of that, or are you pretending to be a recruiting expert as well as an OU fan?

You seem to conviently forget about Austin Reaves, who by the way has already signed with OU. He won’t be eligible until next year, but he was a hot commodity not long ago when he announced his plans to leave Wichita State. Feel free to stop ignoring him when you bring up De’Vion Harmon. He’ll be in an OU uniform in time, just not next year.

Harmon and Reaves wouldn’t be a bad class even if they’re OU’s only signees in the 2019 class. I think we both know that is not going to happen. Get back to me if it does. I might be worried too. The difference in you and me is that I won’t be pretending.

Boom shack-a-lack-a

If OU brings in a class of Devion Harmon, Austin Reaves, Khalid Thomas, and Wilfried Likayi they will win the Big 12 the next year.

I love seeing some optimism on this board for a change! Although, I hadn't heard that KU is leaving the conference before the '18-'19 season. :)

Doesn't matter.... Khalid Thomas is likely an immediate 12-16ppg impact player... then you have Reaves, Harmon, and development from the existing guys like Manek, Polla, etc. It would have all the pieces...

Size, shooting, rebounding, defense, athletic ability, etc. Would be a total package team.

There have been a lot of complete teams that KU still finds a way to beat out to be the Big12 champion.

This year it really only seems that Kansas St. can really compete with them. That doesn't mean other teams can't beat them in a game, but for the whole league season KSU can maybe win it imo.

I will dance in the streets if/when KU ever doesn't win the league, but I don't envision that day happening till after Self retires or leaves for the NBA. As for this coming season, I would be willing to make a friendly wager that KU will win the league going away. I'll be shocked if K-State or anyone else comes within two games. While I think K-State will be very good, I also think people have been swayed too much by their tournament run, which never would have happened if Virginia hadn't gotten stunned in the first round.

Also, love seeing Coach's post -- let's hope that in a couple weeks, you are proven correct!

It may have already been posted, but can someone update me on our standings with Drew Timme, please?
