FT shooting. Should be an advantage for the Sooners.

Yes but we're still probably talking only 2-3 points over the course of the game if we both shoot our seasonal FT %. They're bad from the line and it might make a difference but we'd better be within a bucket or 2 or it probably won't matter.
 
It can certainly make a difference at the end of a tight game. Here lately, I certainly like the way the Sooners have been making their FTs late in games to protect small leads. Earlier in the season, OU choked away some games at the FT line.

I hope the refs give them some room to play. From what I've seen of Oklahoma they play a physical brand of basketball, and so do the Spartans. I hate seeing games decided by the backups and walk-ons.
 
OU rarely has foul trouble. Only 3 dqs all season. Two on Spangler and one on Hield. Two of those were weak in my opinion. Spangler really got screwed in one of them. I don't recall Spangler's other dq.
