Check out this thread entitled "cu blowing it against ou". Colorado was "blowing it?" If you trail for the majority of the game can you really "blow" anything? I don't get it. My favorite post of the thread is this gem (I won't mention the poster by name; you can see for yourself):

I wasn't aware we could "manhandle" anyone inside. I don't think we could manhandle a junior high girls team inside.

It's funny because their basketball team didn't have any catastrophic disasters like we've suffered and they have the same conference record as us.

Not to take up for cowhumpers, but I did notice that we got some real home-cookin by the refs in the CU game. There were a bunch of calls that went our way.

But I'll take it! We've had a few games at home where we didn't get much of a break from the refs, so it all evens out.

They didn't do that good a job keeping CU from going inside. For the most part we did a pretty decent job making them a jump shooting team and kept them from drawing fouls to the basket.

Gotta pick your poison, Nick. OU defended the perimiter as CU was 1-10 behind the arc...logic says there was going to be some cracks in the defense down low.

As for OSUJeff whining like a baby, get over it...about time OU got a few breaks from the refs at home.

No doubt. The foul on the fast break that gave os-who a 3point play was terrible on ISU's part. Without that clock stoppage, momentum builder, I believe that the game was over.

Was thinking the exact same thing. And I guess compared to OU they've had more of a reason to gloat, but they haven't been anything to write home about this entire season.

If not for the OT win they gutted out vs. Iowa State, they'd be in an absolute tailspin with 4 losses in a row. And right now 3 of their last 4 losses have been in dominating fashion (Gonzaga, Baylor, A&M). They need to turn things around fast.

The problem with both the CU and Baylor game was OSU fouled way to much. Then a lot of the questionable calls went against them. If you don't commit so many of the obvious fouls, the questionable ones don't hurt you so much.

Oh yeah, they were/are jabbing, but on their own board. Many of your brethren were simply just here to gloat. Now that it has become obvious that your schedule was the greatest contributor to your record, they have scattered like roaches......

I may be wrong but I don't remember any OSU fan over here perdicting anything better than a 9-7 record. That's still obtainable at this point. I'm guessing 8-8, but who knows.
