Yep. The overall depth of this conference is pretty damn good. Here's another stat---since 2017 (last 3 seasons), every Big 12 program has made at least 1 NCAA tournament appearance. OSU's two season drought is the longest in the conference.
No other "major" conference can say that:
ACC
Boston College hasn't been to a tournament since 2009. Georgia Tech hasn't been since 2010.
Big 10
Rutgers hasn't been since 1991; Penn State hasn't been since 2011, Illinois since 2013, Nebraska 2014 (Nebraska is also the only major conference program to have never won an NCAA tournament game). Indiana, one of the conference's historically premier programs, hasn't been since 2016.
SEC
Georgia hasn't been since 2015.
Pac 12
Washington State hasn't been since 2008. Stanford hasn't been since 2014, multiple Pac 12 programs made their last appearance in 2016.
Big East (to the extent they are still considered a "major" conference)
Depaul hasn't been since 2004. Georgetown hasn't been since 2015.
In fairness, a big part of that is that Jamie Dixon only recently turned TCU around. Before last season, TCU hadn't been to a tournament since Billy took them way back in 1998. Still, with TCU at the level they are now, the depth of the conference is really unmatched.
