Bolton, Santos or bust?

So, with the Strong verbal and the cancellation of the Louisiana duo visit, have we decided to give a schollie to Bolton , if he will take it, and failing being able to get Bolton, just keep it in the bank for next year. Without regard to Bolton, would we give Santos a scholarship if he wanted one or are we out with him as well. I think I read where he was set for a visit this fall sometime, is that still in the works?
