We need to do a better job of teaching our kids the difference between selfishness and independence. Too many people seem to think they are interchangeable.

I dont know that it's a teaching thing. It's an internal narrative issue that seems to rely on what was used for ones' sense of security. I know experience can make a difference but how that threshold is reached is another story. it may go all the way back to maternal bonding.

Some people are ready to make that leap and some aren't. How they got there I dont know. I know we all start off as ME thinkers and then some become we thinkers and some dont. I think it's a matter of your internal narrative giving you enough objectivity and independence. That's really dependent on the first 2 years then up to the 7th year of life.

Whatever spell Trump has cast over people is lifting..... Pieces are starting to fall. It was HYSTERICAL on Fox the other night, when Hannity asked him point blank about Biden and Cuban throws in his support for Biden.

Carly Fiorina, who was a GOP candidate, now supporting Biden. More and more conservatives are coming out against these lunatic.

The ad with The Obamassiah was especially entertaining. Every characteristic he mentioned is practiced by the left. I took it as reasons to vote for President Trump.

3.) It's a racial stereotype
4.) It's also an attempt to continue downplaying the virus that is now about to ravage the country again a second time
5.) It's purely political.

You know, one of the reasons people claimed to like Trump originally was because he wasn't a regular politician.... For someone who isn't a regular politician, it's pretty amazing that damn near everything he does and says is to pander to his base. He's not a "get it done" kinda guy that you were hoping for. He plays politics and campaigns politically nearly 24/7.

Have you ever asked yourself why none of these Fox News, Sean Hannity, Devin Nunes, etc conspiracies every gain any traction? They come up with all these names like Crossfire Hurricane, Fast & Furious, Operation Choke Point, Crossfire Razor, Benghazi (not a codename), etc... Nothing ever happens.

They spent $7 million on the Benghazi investigation (which coincidentally ended the second its political purpose was concluded, the 2016 election) and it lasted more than 2 years.

Nobody ended up in jail... no indictments... no charges... etc. Fox News ran over a thousand evening segments on Benghazi. Republicans were on TV to discuss it 30 times more than Democrats. Your propaganda machine was calling these things the "biggest political conspiracy in history" and what not. Nothing ever comes from this crap.

And you talk about media fairness? You've got prime time hosts of major networks literally campaigning on stage with Donald Trump.

Their founders are self-admitted Marxist anarchists. They scoff at the idea of the nuclear family needing to play a prominent role in the lives of African Americans. Just look at their website. To them, it seems only certain black lives matter (those that lose their lives to law enforcement, especially white law enforcement)....otherwise, they couldn't give a rat's ass about African American deaths.

I'm simply echoing what other prominent African American thinkers and authors have said....including Thomas Sowell, Shelby Steele, Walter Williams, Glenn Loury, Coleman Hughes, Claston Bernard, Kathy Barnette, and David Harris Jr. They all provide unique perspectives....compared to the messages we are bombarded with by the mob.

I don't see anything directly on their page about anarchism or Marxism... Now, I assume you are talking about their leadership's personal views being Marxist. To me that is a legitimate belief system. There are many different variants of the ideology, and that belief in and of itself doesn't make them bad. Now, if they ascribe to overflow capitalism or the govt by force, or through violent revolution, that would be one thing... but if they want to use the peaceful democratic process to achieve certain goals, more power to them.

There are Marxist parties all over world.... Not just in China, Russia, North Korea, Cuba, Vietnam, etc... but in democracies the world over. Look at whats happening in France right now... The Green Party, which is flat out a socialist party, is winning elections all over the country... Marxist parties have representation in parliament/congress in Norway, Japan, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, UK, Iraq, Germany, and many others. Very few are Soviet-style anymore. Really only North Korea is. Others have adapted, including China and Vietnam.
