Not so with Capel. This is the second straight dud OU basketball season. Do you know how hard it is for a self-respecting program to go 13-18 and 13-17 back-to-back? That takes some doing.
Hey Sid, at least the baseball team is 13-0.

the galloway haters are still waiting in the wings to pounce
There is never a good reason to HATE anyone, save evil people. Not really Capel has taken that over for good reason.
I would take the talent we had then over the talent we have now. More importantly our style doesn't fit our talent. That's what hurts us the most.Like many around here, the clueless Tramel has an ax to grin.Heignores the fact that Capel inherited a peogram with little talent and a probation hanging over the program thanks to Kelvin.
Huge difference between Coale's program which was almost completely scrapped a few years before and the first year Joe C was here Coale had her first winning season. Since then she's won 20 games most seasons and in the NCAA Tournament every year. Joe C has never seen a womens basketball team at OU not go to the post season.Joe C. is a smart man and he understands the situation, just as he understood that patience was necessary when Coach Coale weht 28-55.

I am an anti Capel guy because of the stats. But I think he's staying at least one more year. I don't know if it's the good thing or right thing. But the money is too much in his favor.
I hear JC is out the very next day after our last game.
Well that will certainly help recruiting...
