D'Angelo Russell

Russell with 21 points in his last Summer League game. He will have his ups and downs like any other rookie, but he'll be fine.

I don't see the upside with Randle sorry. The Lakers are a lottery team again next season. That's not a bad thing tho. Kobe will eat Hibbert alive in practice.

I'm with you.

Randle is a high floor, low ceiling guy, I think.

As for Celts vs Lakers, Lakers are better right now, but I think Boston is in position to better build for the long term. The only wrench that would be thrown into that is if the Lakers land a stud via free agency.

How about them Lakers? Woof. They may get to keep that top 3 pick after all.

Russell over Porzingis is going to go down as one of those all time terrible draft picks.

Yep... Porzingis is awesome.

I think the Philly regime is toast as well. The whole experiment was predicated on Hinke's ability to find talent in the draft, something he's been horrible at thus far. A billion draft picks aren't worth much if you're getting a horrible return on all of them.

I don't really know about going that far. After a terrible start, Russell has pretty much been about as expected. Porzingis has obviously been better, but Russell hasn't exactly been a bust.

Russell doesn't have to be a bust, it's pretty clear that Porzingis is going to be an absolute monster. He already is an absolute monster, in fact, and he's 20 years old.

Russell will be fine, but he doesn't project star.

Way too early to tell. Looking back, I'm sure the Lakers would like a do-over, but Clarkson-Russell still has intriguing potential as a backcourt moving forward.

In last night's loss to Minnesota, Randle had 20 points and 12 rebounds. Russell had 23 points. Randle is 21 years old. Russell is 19. If given time to improve, they will be fine. You can't make bullets out of baby diapers.

In last night's game against Milwaukee, Russell had 19 points, 7 assists, 4 rebounds, and three steals. Randle had 14 points and 14 rebounds, also coming off the bench. Maybe they shouldn't play so well, so The Lakers can add another top prospect next season.

Did anyone see Russell's 39 point performance last night? Kid has real potential-part of his problem has been Byron Scott burying him on the bench, and refusing to play him. At the same time, he needs to bulk up, and pack on about twenty pounds of muscle.

crazy, yet not surprising, that more people are upset at russell for the recording, than the person that actually did something wrong.

Think the lakers would take ibaka for d'angelo russel?

Actually, The Lakers are trying to shop Nick Young, and have been trying for a long time, but they can't find any takers.
