These guys are really similar players. Would like to see Buford work on taking it to the hole in prep for next year the way Nader did last night. He can really put pressure on big men and should be able to play to the mismatches against smaller players.

Agreed. The way he was shooting it last night if he can continue to get to the rim when the defender tries to prevent his 3 point shot then he will be tough to handle for any team we play.

I think Buford's biggest opportunity to improve is on the defensive end. As he progresses on the defensive end, he is going to get more and more playing time as this season progresses. He already has a really good offensive game for a stretch 4.

Everyone needs to take it to the basket. We need some good cutting and passing into the middle. Flash across the lane get a pass take it to the hoop or pass it out for a more open shot. We need to go inside out instead of one on one from 30' out.

I've thought the same thing too. The way he moves reminds me of Ryan Humphrey. He's a little quicker and a much better outside shooter...but he looks a little awkward at times guarding on the perimeter.

That's a good description of what I see also.

It's kind of weird. I mean, you can see the athleticism, it's just his lateral movement isn't very quick.

If he can get a little quicker, with the flashes he has shown this year, he could be a nice weapon in future seasons.
