65 teams. Dead on average are the 32nd and 33rd teams. We're 39th. That is below average. I was trying to be nice and form some tiers, but no, we're below average by most non-bias accounts.

This board is funny. People like to spout off, but when some of us actually go find the numbers, again, it's just **** talking. No actual discussion of the facts. I'm glad bigabd doesn't waste his time providing data for the board anymore. Waste of his time.

So NOW your argument is that we have to be in the top 50% of all P5 teams to be considered average?

When you want to argue the greatness of Hill you want to talk about playing in the toughest conference...when you want to say we are below average you don't consider that. Pick a lane guy.

You present your view of average as "facts". We are almost in the dead middle of those 65 teams you mention but playing in the toughest of those conferences is tossed out for your argument sake?

Discussion of facts? We laughed at your numbers that disproved your initial opinion.

So to be average you literally have to be in the 1-2 spots in the middle? Out of 60 teams only 2 can be average?

I think they would see it for what it was and move on. A bad early season game.
It literally happens to a lot better teams against a lot worse teams every year multiple times

Numbers? Lol. You're using the NET, which isn't designed to rank teams. A team with a NET of 38 is not > a team with a NET of 39. NET's purpose is to help the committee measure the resume quality of a team in regards to quadrant wins and losses. The final NET rankings do not have Connecticut as the #1 team in the country...
 
Parker thune mentioned that Benny Seltzer might be an option for the open role. That should make the Kelvin worshippers happy.

Problem is Porter Moser doesn’t listen to his assistants. You can bring Coach K in and he wouldn’t allow him to talk in practices.

Maybe he doesn’t talk to them enough, I don’t know. But I watch him during the game and during timeouts and he always seems to be running ideas by his assistants and asking for input.
