Witten is obviously still a TBD with upside (but it feels like anything is an upgrade of what we've had at that position), but it is hard not to see the McCullough hire as a massive upgrade even if you think DM was a valuable coach. He has a massive amount of skins on the wall. Plus, the DB coach he brought in was a really good hire too. To me, BV has killed the offseason hires this cycle. Time to see how that pans out.
