Harsh assessment. I don't believe the Vaqueros were within single-digits the last 21 minutes. This was a very nice win. Hardly a survival.Looks like we will survive the night, team has plenty of work to do. James was good, Doolittle was all but a no show tonight

And West Virginia having problems with Buffalo.
Iowa State rolled Mizzou (76-59).

I don't understand when you say "Calixte, the point guard who couldn’t score finished with 15 points, while shooting 3 of 4 from three."I would say James was better than “good.” He also had help. Manek with a double double, 12 points and 12 boards, 2 blocks and a steal. Muni was one point shy of a double double with 9 and 12. Calixte, the point guard who couldn’t score finished with 15 points, while shooting 3 of 4 from three.
Not a bad performance if you don’t see this win as a “survival,” and you don’t ignore the other players who had good games.
Nice win but really pathetic they opened the season at UT Rio Grand Valley... Thought this was a top 20 program? That would be like the football team opening next season against the Mississippi State Delta Devils on the road..
Stats look pretty good. They made the same amount of shots as OU did, but OU hit 22 free throws and they hit 9, which was really the difference in the game.. Rebounding margin was too close for an opponent like this as well. 43-37 advantage.
Could be a little bit of fools gold here, but we should know a lot more after they play UTSA on the road... again, wtf is up with this schedule? Really bad.
Lon did that as a solid to Lew Hill.
