Look, this is just life with Lon— and I don’t mean that as an insult as I’m a big fan of his. But a weakness of his teams here in Norman has been that once they get in an offensive funk, there really isn’t any sort of strategic way out. It usually becomes very much an ISO situation where no one really knows what to do. It’s been pretty consistent over the years.

We aren’t a good shooting team. That’s tough in modern basketball. I think we can be pretty good this year, but also limited. We just don’t shoot it well enough to be overly dangerous.
