In the scheme of things, these girls don't look that good compared to who we are getting/recruiting these days.

I understand the connection and what Whitney did for this program. But there's no reason to legacy two scholarships for marginal players -- no matter if their names are Hand, Selmon, Dales, Robinson or whomever.

If they earn it, fine. If they don't we can't be a charity.

I think their Dad did say that. That may have been true at one time but not today unless perhaps they want to walk-on.
