Important Change to TCU Bus Trip

We have had a donation made to pay for the bus to TCU! If you are interested in going on the bus to TCU, the cost will be $40 instead of $110. We will need to know by noon tomorrow (Thursday) at the latest if you are interested in being on the bus. The bus will depart Lloyd Noble at 7:30 AM on Saturday. The game is at 12:00 PM and the bus will return to Norman right after the game. There are a limited number of tickets remaining, so they are available on first come – first served basis.

P.S. To those of you who have already signed up, your charge will be changed to $40 and your name remains at the top of the list.

Forty bucks is a bargain, and includes the bus trip, game ticket and snacks on the bus. Any OU fan is welcome.

Wow. Wish I lived in the OKC area because I would go. No doubt about it. Unfortunately, I live in Houston.

The Tip In Club does a lot of things to support the OU Basketball Program. I am also looking forward to the annual Tip In Club Awards Banquet on Sunday, March 13. It is a great chance to meet and greet the players and coaches.

Regarding beer, I do not know. I am not sure where the ice chest would fit if the bus is full of fans. Given the $40 price, this bus may be more full than the others. No one has brought beer on the other bus trips. It would be best to call Allison or Renee at the the basketball office to get the correct answer to this question ... 405-325-4732.

BEER - I went ahead and called the basketball office. The answer is:

I was told that this is because the bus company has to follow federal and State safety rules and regulations, in addition to their own company policies.
