Hardly. Duke and Kentucky will both have far better rosters
Please explain? They were#1 at the end of the season. They return 2 point guards and if you look over the past 6 or so championships, the team with 2 veteran point guards have won the championship and guess what Kansas has coming back. Not to mention, several bigs and now the number one overall player.
Kentucky will be a 5 seed again next year.
I don't know how you think duke will be better than Kansas when they lost 2 starters just like Kansas but their 2 bigs are coming off season ending injuries. One an acl.
They are adding a former duke player. That didn't seem to hurt Syracuse this year so they'll be good.
I hope they are because they usually under perform substantially when they are supposed to be the best.
You realize this was Gbinije's fourth year at Syracuse, right?

Yeah, yeah, I know it's good for the B12 for Kansas to do well, blah, blah. But I just hate their friggin' guts. I don't want to see another 2008. I want to see them lose to another double-digit seed so I can watch the usual epic meltdown by the obnoxious tards on phog.net.
Your argument seemed to be that SMU would be good next year because they're adding a former Duke player, which helped make Syracuse good this year.
At best, by your odd extrapolation there, SMU will be good in 3 years.

I didn't make an argument about SMU being good. I answered a question. I just said that they have a top 25 player redshirting. They are also returning Milton, Brown, and Moore.

Azubuike andJackson will make nice additions at Kansas. Their outside shooting will still be suspect so teams that can pack the middle might still give them trouble.
They return Vick, Graham, and Mykhailuk who all shot over 40% beyond the arc. I'm sure they will be fine.
