Alright since we have a coach we can now talk about the future and the teams we play next year. Kansas should be interesting.

KU almost never drops off and with Self there they will still be good and probably win the conference still. But losing 8 guys is tough.

That's ridiculous load of talent exiting. That's going to be extremely hard to replace, no matter how good the incoming recruiting class might be.

Methinks you've been suckered (take a look at that web address). I live up here in beaker land & there's been no mention of this at all by any of the 3 TV stations (although apparently the Morris twins are in Cali talking to an agent).

Interesting quote from Self about Selby, basically telling the kid that he doesn't want him back. At least that's what I gathered from it.

KU will be tough. They have Tharpe coming in and could sign McClemore, BAnderson, Otto P, Traylor &/or Daniels.

If that's a fake ESPN website they did a hell of a job.

I'm so stupid, didn't pay attention the address.

KU only has 1 player (a top 100 PG) committed right now so they're going to have to scramble to get replacements.

I would expect them to get Ben McElmore to commit tomorrow and he's an elite level Wing.

I still think they're in the lead for DeAndre Daniels a 6'7 wing, who is top 15 in the nation.

Still leaves a lot of openings. Especially in the post. I think they will go the juco route to get those replacements as I dont believe there are many high school bigs that could come in and contribute as freshman.

Too bad I don't see an elite team to compete with them in the Big 12, I guess if Rick Barnes ever figures out how not to choke, the Big 12 could be his for the taking.

Markieff should stay, he's making a bad decision.

Morris twins are gone, fairly sure on that. I think Sleby will leave too, his situation reminds me of Avery Bradley of Texas last year.

Robinson comes back I bet.

Yep...this was an April fools joke. One of the local tv stations had a story about it yesterday.

Yes, it is a hoax, but with that said I do still expect the Morris Twins to leave.

KU has only N. Tharpe signed right now, but WF Ben McLemore is likely to select KU tomorrow. KU is also very heavy after multiple big men like DeAndre Daniels, Otto Porter, Branden Anderson, Jamari Traylor and Stan Simpson.

It will be a busy spring for Coach Self.
