I knew RJ Barrett would be a complete disaster against Cuse, and he did not dissapoint. High volume chucking ball-hog who can't shoot is not going to end well against Boeheim's zone.

Barrett is going to end up killing them in the tournament, when he shoots 6-25 and they get beat.

2. Syracuse is annually the most maddening team in college basketball. Losses at home to Old Dominion and Georgia Tech. Go on the road and win in Cameron.

Just so I have this straight...I posted an obviously good natured jab, complete with an emoji, in which I didn't mention you or any other poster. You take it personally and respond by calling me a *****, yet I'm the one who needs to grow up? Got it. Do those arguments work in court in your jurisdiction?

why dont we examine it thru the vision of what YOU do for a living since you seem to bring my job up quite often? or is that too harsh for you?

I haven't taken any jabs AT YOU, or anyone else. I've simply expressed a different opinion about a basketball topic and have used facts to back my arguments. You didn't even cross my mind when I posted last night. There are several other posters who have taken the lead in bashing the KU guards and predicting an early NCAA exit as a result. Either way, my reference to KU's guards lighting it up last night seems perfectly appropriate for a thread about Big 12 games. I fully expect that the next time their guards play poorly, someone will point that out to me -- and that will also be fair game. As you yourself have pointed out, that seems to be precisely the type of banter/dialogue that message boards are for.

As for my job, it's no coincidence that I haven't brought it up because (a) it is irrelevant, and (b) I don't see the need to brag about my education and profession.

Another year of Syracuse being one of the last 4 in. They better just make that a permanent spot for them.

I know that you are right, but this is actually a battle I enjoy! I guess cool thinks it will only be settled if I prove that my LSAT and Bar scores were better than his, since he has resorted to making it personal and not responding to any of the basketball-related points I made.

Having said that, I won't waste the rest of the board's time with any more on this, because I know how annoying these pi$$ing matches are.

The more you watch these league games the more you realize every game is probably going to be a battle. No one is beyond losing to anyone else and home court is no guarantee for anyone.

agree...with part. Obviously the more ya win (TT/KU) you clearly have more wiggle room to drop a game and still be ok.

bu went from the bottom 1 or 2 to 4th with 1 win.

dude, you're the one who brought that up. not me. you bring it up all the time. if you're not brave enough to talk about your own then shut your piehole about mine. YOU need to stop making it personal. I expressed the same concerns about the KU backcourt that Self later expressed yet you see the need to just gring on it and wear it out. give it a rest and quit making it personal yourself.

Yep....it seems they are good for at least one gigantic road upset per year and yet, they will still likely be a bubble team at best.
