A good test for the guys tonight. USC losing 2 in a row probably doesn't help us. Need to come out with some good intensity on defense.

May want to turn the volume down or listen on radio. Bill Walton will be talking about random stuff outside of the actual game going on. Probably talk a lot about wild fires burning California because of idiotic environmental policies over decades that he supported.

Yep, Walton (for my money) is the worst college basketball commentator in the history of the world. Bill's blathering/rambling BS in the PK80 tournament made the OU/Arky game basically unwatchable.

Yep, Walton (for my money) is the worst college basketball commentator in the history of the world. Bill's blathering/rambling BS in the PK80 tournament made the OU/Arky game basically unwatchable.

Bill Walton can be entertaining you don't really have a team you are rooting for involved because you can just laugh at him basically. But he's a joke of an announcer. He's better than he was 20 years ago when he actually took announcing seriously. You get no pretenses of him taking it seriously now.

I don't understand why she starts her interviews during play on the floor and why they continue to show her in the inset. We don't need to see her I at least tuned in to watch the game. They do the same thing on many major league broadcasts.

And Jessica does go on and on. That is different from the average sideline reporter.

course I do have a story...my brother saw him at an airport bar..waiting for a flight. I'm not thinking my brother even knew who he was..never a bball guy. Anyways Walton had an extra chair, bar packed...bro asked if could sit..walton said sure...think they even talked..maybe it was when his kid played at UA..was catching a flight to go see him.

Got it all mixed up...lol..my brother was sitting, flights got delayed, Walton came in...brother invited him to sit (really didn't look up when, so didn't know til he sat down)...yes brother knew him. Chatted a bit...asked if he talked to Coach W...Walton said everyday...still can't stand him as an announcer~

Big game for us. May have to turn the sound down. Good news is that Walton won’t be getting honored at a USC game so, hopefully, they won’t let him talk about himself for the entire game.

Every game in every sport has a sideline announcer who asks questions and tells stories during the game. Every. Single. One. She's certainly as good as most, though Holly Rowe is probably the best. It's not my favorite part of any broadcast either but it seems silly to pick her out and blame her for hijacking games.
