Per the new OU media guide, here are the records that OU men's basketball holds against all Big 12 teams not from Lawrence, Kansas (also known as sweater-vest central, but I digress):

This does not include games scheduled for this year, including last night's debacle in Columbia.

vs. Missouri: OU leads the series, 112-95
vs. Kansas State: OU leads, 102-91
vs. Texas Tech: OU leads, 30-19
vs. Texas A&M: OU leads, 28-8
vs. Baylor: OU leads, 37-8
vs. Iowa State: OU leads, 110-77
vs. the Evil U of T: OU leads, 47-32
and finally:
vs. Okie State, OU leads, 127-93.

That last number should be memorized and repeated as often as possible. Absolutely NEVER should an OU fan even assume that OSU "dominates the series." I've heard it too many times that people are surprised that OU even leads Bedlam, much less by 34 games.

And we also led the series with Nebraska and Colorado! FYI!!!

True! It's 88-49 all-time vs. CU, and 104-83 vs. Nebraska.

And seriously, any self-proclaimed OU fan who downgrades how good we've been against 10 of the original Big 12 schools makes me want to do this: :facepalm :facepalm :facepalm

Mizz and KSU surprised me. The rest did not.

Yea i was supprise that we didn't lead those schools by over 30 games as well, but then I remembered Hightower and Stanly Reynolds.

At one point we led Texas 42-16 and A&M 25-1.

Dang so in recent years we're 5-16 in our last 21 vs texas and 3-7 in our last 10 vs A&M? That sucks.

Yep. Granted, A&M was terrible until about 5 years ago and we have struggled lately. Capel was 2-10 vs Texas.

I think Kruger will get us back to where we should be before long though.

I am very suprised about the Sooners leading the Longhorns in the series, Longhorns usually lead the Sooners in almost every sport, that is a nice change....

Don't forget Jim Bain. He was a Mizzou favorite when Stormin' Norm was there.
