OU opened as 1.5 favorite over Tulsa

According to this site, OU opened as a 1.5 point favorite. The line now has OU favored by 5.5 points.

Hope I'm wrong but usually when it looks too easy, it usually is so I'd stay away from betting OU.

That line seems very off. I think OU covers fairly easily.

Lost to a DII team and Oral Roberts, and they barely squeaked by Arkansas-Little Rock.

Granted, URLR did beat UMKC, so they're obviously pretty good, but still, I think it's safe to say Tulsa's quickly become a class Haith outfit.
