Game threads have become so predictable.

First half = "These guys don't even try, we're going to lose this game and maybe never win another!"
Halftime = "I have no idea how we're ahead, but it won't last."
Second half = "These guys just lack toughness. Oh, wait, we won again."

9 fouls on our guys, 3 on tech. They're going to the line for free throws 8 and 9. We've shot 0.

They have called tr Ricky tacks on us (buddy's push off, this last one on spangler, etc.) but let tech get away with shoving in the back and hammering out guys as they receive the ball.

We're not losing because of the officiating, but it just seems like a really bad trend for us.

I think Kruger could do a better job at working the officials. But that doesn't seem to be his personality.

The thing about that was he was wide open and could have easily stepped forward a bit to make the shot easier for himself.

Settle down, people. These guys beat Iowa State at home. The halftime score when they played Kansas at home was virtually the same as it is here. Just need to play like we can the in second. Need to get Buddy going.

I hope your right and I can get a told you so but's that's brutal to watch.

This is a defense-first team. My working theory is that opponents rarely have the mental toughness to work the ball and get good shots throughout the game, so they start cranking bad shots sometime in the second and that's when OU goes on a run.

Doesn't really account for first-half runs like against Texas in Austin, but otherwise fits pretty well.

I'm still wondering if Buddy knows we are in Lubbock playing a game today. Bad effort on his part. Doesn't look like the Big 12 POY to me??? Hope he decides to play the 2nd half or just bench him and play Booker the rest of the game.
