It’s not like Tanner is shutting him down. Godwin is a better athlete than Tanner. I can’t see any growth in Tanner’s game from last season. Only meaningful change is he is shooting free throws much worse. The only value he gives in this game is if he can pull their big away from the basket by making his threes, but that ain’t happening.
