Judging from the impact (or lack thereof) he had at OU, I'd say Ray won't shine even in the MEAC. Hopefully I'm wrong because he seems like a nice kid...

former k-st. transfer dominique sutton has also landed at North Carolina Central. they could easily come out of the meac if they become eligible. i know sutton has filed for immediate eligibility, don't know about willis.
