Heck, I'd argue you can turn it around with 1 or 2 players as opposed to years. Of course, you HAVE to have some solid role players. I actually believe we have a little more than that.

Actually I think it has been proven that you can turn around a college football team in 1-2 years too. Stoops did it. Bo did it Nebraska (he went to the Big XII Title game in 2009 (his second season) and darn near beat Texas). I think there are others that have done similar things.
Yes, but the point is that it's much easier and more frequent in college basektball.
I get your point..and mine is...why settle for a decent team or a good team just b/c your worried about our team 2 years down line instead of having an opportunity to have a great team.
I don't know what type of team we will have...but I do want the best team possible b/c its proven that we could have 3 mcdaa on our roster and have a crappy team and have no mcdaa and get the same result. So why even worry about our team 2 years down the road when we have a chance to have a solid team next year and the following year.
