Here is announcement from SoonerSports.com. It states that it will be south of the TWO existing practice courts and they are separate facilities divided by freight alley. The alleyway area is shown in the middle of rendering you've posted above so I don't see how it could be one facility.

I saw the divide and thought the same, but I didn't have all the information.
