I won't include Chaminade in this analysis, but here you go:

Kentucky 7-2
Pros: Wins over Washington and Notre Dame. Lost to an undefeated UConn team that also has wins over Michigan St and Wichita St.
Cons: Loss to UConn came by 17 pts and lost to a North Carolina team that has struggled.

Virginia 6-3
Pros: Won at Minnesota and at Virginia Tech
Cons: in their three losses @ Stanford, to Washington in Maui and @ Wichita they have been outscored by 76 points.

Arizona 9-2
Pros: led Kansas by 4 in Las Vegas with under 10 minutes to go before going on to lose by 8.
Cons: All 9 wins come against fairly undistinguished competition. Routed by BYU in Salt Lake City.

Arkansas 7-1
Pros: Win over a scrappy Seton Hall team.
Cons: Loss to UAB at home. Very weak schedule thus far.

Well we beat the bad teams and lose to the good teams. We have looked a little better lately, so maybe we can reverse that trend a couple of times.

Since I wrote this, Virginia has lost at home to Seattle and Iowa State. :facepalm

Kentucky has only lost at Georgia.

Arizona lost by 1 at Oregon St.

Arkansas lost at Texas A&M and Texas beat them in Austin by 33 points.

Virginia was without their best player Mike Scott. Kentucky and Arizona are both playing very well. Arkansas is solid. Most teams will lose big at Texas.
