Aston always has top recruits but they are almost always terrible offensively. I think she's a good example of great recruiter but mediocre X's and O's coach.

I agree 100%. Year-in And year-out she gets some of the top recruiting classes but she is a classic example of a coach that cannot produce results from the talent she gets.
I've often wondered to myself if SC got the same recruits Aston got what kind of seasons she would have? Would they be just the same? Would she have another Final Four under belt by now? I would like to think that both Iowa state's coach and our coach might have another final four under their belts if they produced top recruiting classes every year like Texas!
