Tomorrow’s game

I’m not positive but I think it would be determined by winning percentage if teams don’t all play the same number of games. I don’t know if a minimum number of games is required ... I think they will just be flexible depending on the circumstances. But with Baylor being a mile ahead of everyone in the standings, I don’t think there will be much controversy unless their pause continues so long that they only end up playing 10 or 12 games.

Good point about OSU ... although I don’t think KU has ever had to pretend to win the league. On the other hand, they do like to say they have five national titles even though they really only have three.

Yes. I just meant if KU somehow ends up with as many wins as anyone else they might try to claim all or part of the title if there are no clear rules. Kind of, like you said, how many of their fans are claiming the 2020 title.

Lol yeah and I was thinking specifically of how they claim two titles from the 20s, sort of how Bama and a couple other football programs claim fictional titles.

Travel is not particularly safe whether by plane or bus right now. I know we want to see these teams play, but if it's not safe, then I don't want them to come.

its safe on main roads!

First link shows wet, but clear roads in Austin. Second link shows Dallas highways are very passable (you click on the LBJ vid provided). Last link shows I-35 & I-40 interchange has clear roads. Roads are not the issue. What is? Got me.

It could just be that the air port isn't prepared to make planes ready for extreme cold because they aren't experienced in it with the Austin airport? I really have no idea. The Thunder couldn't get out of OKC last night.

I'm sure the deicing capabilities at the Austin airport is rather limited in scope thus leading to numerous delays/cancellations.

I don’t give a crap about the baylor game. I do want us to play the texas game tho. Those sissies need to quit ducking us. Wimps.

It'd be nice to go 4-0 over the last week or so. Then see if we can get bu or ut back at home before the B12 tourney

I read on a Texas board that the UT campus has been closed all week and that that the basketball team hasn't practiced since Saturday.......hmmmm?

Unless they haven't had power in the gym for the whole time it makes no sense they haven't practiced. There are a bunch of teams who have played games with little practice and certainly not all of their players this year.

I want both games rescheduled. I don't want to avoid Baylor. OU could beat them in Norman. Let's see what happens. UT goes without saying. Always love a chance at giving those guys the broom handle.

Once Norman was put on the backburner in regards to rolling power outages there was no excuse not to play this game. I-35 has been in good shape for a while. The Horns could've hopped on a bus yesterday afternoon/evening and spent the night in our vicinity. They just didn't want to, and that's on them.

A few years back we had all kinds of travel hell getting to Morgantown and we made it to the Coliseum with about an hour to spare. Still took those Mounties to overtime. I think it was 2014. It was back when Lon couldn't win a game in OT to save his life.

Same for football. Drove to KSU. Bought out all the fast food restaurants to feed 150 people
