Basically everyone has reached out to him. Maybe that connection to KT Turner wins out. I have my doubts with money being thrown at him like he just won the Lottery.

And agree, I don’t think we will be able to compete with the bagmen from ku, duke, tech, texas, etc.

Every basketball player has a guy, whether it’s an AAU coach, an internet cheerleader, a dad or relative , etc. Davis’s guy is an ex assistant coach that is now a runner for agents. To sign Davis you will have to play ball with the Runner. Not much KT or many of the other assistants can do about that.

It may also be worth watching to see if one of the assistant coaches from SMU lands a job ala cannon Cunningham…..
 
Lofton, Jr isn't choosing OU but pretending he did, OU would either start Jr and Tanner or Tanner would go to the bench.

For sure, with a kid as talented as Davis, there's going to be a lot of things in play...namely a large bag. Hey, I get it, though.

So Key is still my top (realistic?) priority in the portal rn.

A) Perhaps speaking out of turn but Seymore might have a plug to the coaching staff. He got a scoop on the wofford kid getting a scholarship.

B) I liked the reel. I need to research his stats to get a better idea of what he brings to the table

Let's just cross our fingers this Tyreke Key visit at Tech doesn't go well. Would love to get Key and Bamisile. Then you throw all your effort into getting a top defensive post player...

And pray that Gibson comes back to play PG and up his pro potential.
 
Norchad Omier is down to Miami, FSU, Georgetown, and Texas Tech. Feels like Miami.
