What coaches did you want that went elsewhere?

Not sure if you're serious. Buzz and Kruger come to mind as two coaches who aren't currently coaching who dont seem to want the job.

unless you mean "not currently employed as a college coach".....which would be a stupid thing to say, so I'm going to assume that's not what you meant.

I could give a crap about Buzz, I've not been negative about this coaching search in 1 post. I would like some accountability for someone like you starting a new thread based on a rumor from a friend of a friend who overheard someone speaking on the telephone. This is a message board, you're allowed to post whatever crap you want, but I'm also allowed to question your sources and the validity of your information based on the source it comes from.

This is what happens when you post rumors that turn out false, people start associating you with falsehoods and you can either stand behind what you said or avoid/ignore it like it never happened. So answer your post from yesterday, is it still Lon Kruger or did you just make up that entire rumor?

I said "not currently coaching" meaning still alive in either tourney. Sorry for the confusion.

I already replied to your response to that exact thread I started about Kruger, that was exactly how I got the information. A friend of a friend overheard a member of the athletic department's phone conversation. So you can take as that. I never said you MUST believe me.

I will not come on here and demand credit if it is correct. I will, however, come on here and say the information I got is wrong, and I will apologize to you personally, if needed!!!!!! Which it probably will be.....

Second, I don't know, maybe I will have wanted Mooney or Martin over who ever we end up with. I definitely wanted BCG over anybody we end up with. He was tailor made for OU.

Who exactly have said no....A confirmed no....Dave Rose and maybe Lon Kruger??

There are fairly reliable sources which have stated that Rose and Kruger were at least contacted by OU but they had no interest. Nobody really knows how things went down with Buzz.

Exactly...People are acting like anyone Joe C. has come into contact with have turned us down like the ugly kid at prom. Nothing has come on saying that Buzz told us no....All that has come out is he got a contract extension from Marquette and I guess most people want to consider that a no.
