If OU takes 6 freshmen my guess is 2 will eventually transfer.
Kentucky gets 6 1st round picks.
Me: What does she look like? (object - possession)
You: She has a great personality. (human - companion)
Perfect. That means we get 4 quality players and 2 free scholarships.
Freshmen can play key roles on championship caliber teams, and it's not just UK, KU, and Duke that are doing it. OU got to #4 last year with Trae and Manek in the starting five. Sure, plenty of players take time to develop, but a high number of freshman are elite every year--even the ones not projected as lottery picks coming out of HS. If we bring in 6 top 150 HS players, it's easy to see 3-4 of them being quality rotation players as true freshmen.
Coach at Daytona State tweeted out that Corbin has gained 20 lbs this summer and is up to 247 lbs. I guess rivals was right. Seems like Corbin isn't afraid to work.

Impressive! He definitely looks the part of a young man who is not afraid of hardwork.
DSuits, I didn’t know he has three years to play until I read your post. That makes a big difference to me. If he continues to work hard on his game and his body, he could be a beast in time.
As I said before, I like his size, his toughness and his aggressive approach to the game. If he decides to be a Sooner, I’ll be happy.
Bob Pyrzblyo said he had a foot stress fracture last year and redshirted. I'm interested to see how he does this year. Lon and staff got on him early, seems like you can say that about a lot of kids.
What are your thoughts on the remaining targets? BC and Coachtalk know way more than me but I think you take Tyson if he wants to jump. I understand and agree it's best to try and balance out a big class but Etienne is a top 100 player and can flat out get it. He played this summer with the Coal Anthony, the #3 overall player and wasn't overshadowed as an afterthought. I've seen him listed at 6'1"-6-3" range but can shoot lights out from deep and is more than capable of sliding over and running the show. If Harmon decides the NBA is his distenation after one year you have to take a chance on finding the right grad trans/juco or start back over by adding a freshman. If by some chance we add Hall and he bolts in a year or two that leaves you with Hill and Victor out of that freshman class. The 2020 crop of talent looks really good so I could see Lon holding off but I don't think it's a slam dunk you turn Tyson away. Who knows, he very well could go somewhere else but I've thought he was a take since the offer.
Here's a 2 minute clip I'd encourage people to watch that gives you a little taste of Tyson's punching power.

Also I don’t think Harmon is 1 and done.
Good to know coach, I thought the same but was hit from others that the plan was one and out. After the gold medal, I though it was more of a possibility than I originally gave credence too. I guess that's a lot of players strategy, but you're only as good as your plan b sometimes. If he dominates and leaves, it's still a great day for the program but sticking around and building something is special in its own right as well.
I'm glad others are on board with Tyson, I was starting to think I was seeing something that wasn't there. Kid looks fantastic and could help out immediately IMO. Love Hall as well, but I think position of need is more in the backcourt but we'd be lucky to get either.
I'm happy for Coach and the staff. They turned over a lot of stones and their hard work is paying off. Great job Crutch, Hartman, Kevin and Shepherd.
