Godwin was -22 against ucf? Yikes! Hugley/northweather need to be playing more.

Darthard continues to lose ground in +/-. Moser needs to figure out that 8th spot Darthard is showing he isn’t it imo. For the love, give cooper a shot.

Darthard was the leading scorer against UCF! Just one more illustration of how strange (one might even say silly) a statistical approach +/- is.

Obviously I agree on Cooper. But the center position is tough because Hugley isn’t playing very well either. Six points a game over the last seven, and not doing much on the glass. But ideally, he would be the guy to step up and take that spot. If he is back next year, he needs to do the work to get himself in good enough shape to play effectively for much longer.

Even if Hugley came in bad shape (and why did he?), shouldn't he be in decent shape by now? He's been in Norman for at least seven months, no?

Agree completely. I can’t figure it out but Moser continues to mention it. Maybe not in the past few weeks, but certainly since the season was underway.

I was wrong about the Soares signing. He isn’t a good outside shooter, but he is a very nice player. The kind of guy winning teams need. I wish his handles and three-point shooting were better, but he does just about everything else well, and he seems to understand and embrace his role. It helps a ton that he can play both in the backcourt and at the four when we go small. I was worried after the first three conference games that his offense might hold him back, but he bounced back nicely.
