This is the kind of stupidity that makes these boards not much fun sometimes. When people post stuff like this it leads to people hoping their predictions come true so they can stick it back in the face of those who personally attack them, instead of just cheering the team on each game.

The guy CONSTANTLY posted negative, anti-OU, fire Capel nonsense. There are just a lot of us that are enjoying this past few games where this board has been about OU basketball, not about one poster crapping all over it.

Just give us this time. Once we start losing to Texas and Kansas, I'm sure ABD will fill the board with his posts about how bad we suck again.

The call out threads are weak. Look the last two seasons have been tough to handle. Some of the fan base has been upset about it more than others. Some people have voiced their opinions, that is what this board is for.

Why the need to call the guy out, he loves OU bball just like you. I have done it before and I should not have, it is just wrong and make this place not fun.

Most of us are guilty of call-outs at one time or another, but I agree: They're weak, and they really spoil the mood of this site, which, great as it still is, used to have a very different atmosphere than it too often has today.

If you notice, abd makes a number of statements that are not always popular but if he is called out on something that turns out to be wrong, he will man-up and admit it. He isn't afraid to voice his opinion and he isn't ashamed to take his medicine if warranted. I can and do respect someone like that.
