Addition to the roster

Jarrod Kruger appears to be a nice addition to the program, especially if his grades are good enough to give the team's GPA a boost.

I love walk ons like T. J. Franklin and Beau Gerber. I met both young men at the Legends game last Saturday, and came away very impressed. This year, T. J. is joined by Coach Kruger's nephew and James Fraschilla. I see both additions as a very good thing.

Welcome aboard, guys! :clap

As usual I agree with you Ada. Never can have too many " good guys" on the roster.

Kruger's nephew to walk on at Oklahoma

By The Associated Press
Oklahoma coach Lon Kruger's nephew is transferring to join the Sooners as a walk-on.
Oklahoma announced Wednesday on Twitter that Jarrod Kruger would join his uncle in Norman after spending part of last season as a walk-on at Kansas State. The 5-foot-11 guard didn't play for the Wildcats and then transferred to Kansas for the spring semester.
He won't be allowed to play in games for Oklahoma this season because of NCAA transfer rules.
Jarrod is the son of Kruger's brother and played on a Topeka West High School team that was the runner-up for the Kansas 5A state title in 2010.

Transferred to KU!!!! then to OU. Weird. Must have really hated somebody at K State to do that.

How to intra-conference transfer rules apply to walk-ons? Doubt he's good enough for it to really matter, but I'm curious nonetheless.
