Too bad we can’t reschedule one of the OU-osu games for Thursday. osu plays ku on Monday. We could play them on Thursday instead of both teams playing 4 games in 7 days to end the season.
Are there rules about 'pausing' vs too bad, so sad, you have to play short-handed? Isn't this the second time Baylor has paused???
Texas played without their coach and 2 or 3 players. We played without 2 players. Did we have a choice to 'pause'?

Yes there are guidelines set by the conference. You have to have at least 8 total players and 6 scholarship players available. In the examples you mention, OU and Texas had enough to play, with room to spare. On the other hand, we obviously didn’t have enough to play when our first three games were canceled or postponed.
Shocking, I know, but I don't trust Baylor to follow the rules.
I think if they do that, OSU would play 4 in a week starting this Saturday. Not to say it’s not possible. But remember, there is a full week between the end of the season and the conference tourney, and that’s when lots of these games will be made up.
Lol why on earth would Baylor choose to pause their season and postpone an easy home win against TCU and a game in Norman when they are undefeated, playing as well as anyone in America, and have all the momentum in the world? Tons of teams in the country have had to pause, some multiple times.

Nothing is ever a safe bet in college basketball, especially with the NCAA tournament, and that's never more true than this COVID-infested season -- but Baylor and Gonzaga seem on an inevitable collision course with each other. I feel these two teams would be close to double-digit favorites against any team in the country. If this NCAA tournament gets canceled due to COVID, I hope they reschedule their game and crown the winner.
If they were missing a couple of key starters, I could see them doing it to preserve their undefeated season.. I'm not saying that's what's going on, but I don't know why it seems so hard to believe, given that school's history.
there is 0.00% chance the NCAA tournament gets canceled
This. 100% there will be a full Tourney this year. But I do have a question. During this season teams have been VERY (perhaps overly) cautious in terms of pausing and postponing games. It makes some sense in that making up games in the regular season is pretty easy and it’s also not the end of the world if one team in a conference plays a few more games than another. All of that is pretty easily adaptable without screwing up the big picture.
But the tourney is different. Can’t postpone games for more than maybe one day. I understand there will be a bit of quarantine period before teams arrive in Indy and there will be tighter testing. But what happens if a team gets placed in the tourney, is scheduled to head to Indy, but right before a few positives pop up and they are advised not to travel? What happens if on Friday a positive with several close contacts pops up for a team scheduled to play Saturday?
I’m wondering (hoping) that perhaps at that point they lessen the strictness on contact tracing and would just prevent positives from playing/being around the team. Because the only other option would be forfeit and that would really put a black eye on the tourney. I’m sure smarter people than myself have thought this through.
