Can you guys explain some Trump things to me?

Wow that is hard to watch. It reminds me of my neighbor that has dementia. Sad times when these are the two choices we have

Did you see the little clip of him walking out of a building? He had someone leading him by the arm and it seemed fairly obvious to me that he was aloof. She had to kind of pull him in the direction she wanted him to go.

No I didn't see that

Angela Merkel (Germany): 66
Boris Johnson (UK): 56
Pedro Sanchez (Spain): 48

Giuseppe Conte (Italy): 55
Scott Morrison (Australia): 52

If your point is Trump and Biden are too old to run for President, I agree with you.

If Trump wins, it’s impossible to gauge his mental and physical decline four years from now. I think it’s reasonable to assume another term in office is bound to take a toll on anyone his age who is obviously not in great shape physically.

We don’t have to guess or assume anything if Biden wins. He’s already there. The only question is how bad will he get before the people around him say enough is enough?

I take no pleasure in saying that about Joe Biden or anyone else. I feel sorry for him!

It reveals how desperate democrats are that they would sacrifice Joe so they can regain the White House. As I've said before, Joe Biden will leave office if elected and this is how we get the 1st female president. This will not be a surprise to those pulling the strings as this is their plan. There's a thing called "being above board" and this qualifies as being "below board" and it's revealing since democrats contend they are honest and dignified. "Convenience Matters."

Not a good look for a man who wasted hundreds of millions of taxpayer dollars to lead a 2 year BS investigation based on lies for the purpose of a political attack on the president of the United States.

Joe Biden not being able to make it through a term has to be a legitimate concern. I have seen a few of these clips you guys are mentioning, and I saw the one where he was being led around by someone.

ABD, Biden’s physical health is not our only concern. The signs of a cognitive disorder are obvious as well:

—Confusion
—Poor motor coordination
—Loss of short-term or long-term memory
—Identity confusion
—Impaired judgement

Biden’s inability to make important decisions and represent this country in an official capacity worry me more than anything. I can’t help but believe he will be nothing but a pawn for the whack jobs. He has already aligned himself with AOC, Bernie and O ‘Rourke, not to mention the usual cast of radicals in the House and Senate.

Can you convince me I’m wrong about how inept Biden will be if elected?

Meh give me an old, over some young person with their heads in the clouds and less real life experience but they think they know things (aoc)

The biggest concern is Biden being a puppet president. He doesn’t know where he is half the time so whoever is calling the shots will most certainly be of concern because they weren’t elected by the people.

Dems are floating the idea, predictably, to scrap the debates. They are so afraid of America seeing how bad joe Biden really is that they don’t want any debates.

I still wouldn’t be surprised if Hillary Clinton or some other candidate replaces him right before the election.

Yea, we were just talking about that at lunch.... I think there are two sides to it.

A.) The less Biden says, and the more Trump says, is better for Biden. He can probably just coast into a victory if he stays off camera, and Trump stays on camera. In fact, Steve Hilton from Fox News (a big Trump supporter) basically wrote about that this morning on Fox. Saying we (the country) are just limping into a Biden presidency unless Trump starts announcing serious policies for a 2nd term and changes how he is doing things.

B.) Debates do NOTHING politically for Biden. Polling has him up significantly. Way better than Hillary ever polled over Trump in 2016. Trump basically has no chance in Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin. Florida has a 3-5 point lead for Biden. Arizona is a lead for Biden. Biden is up 13 in Colorado. Etc. The Democrat strategy seems obvious to me... just keep doing what is happening right now, and coast into a victory.

All that being said, as a citizen, I don't think its fair not to have a debate. If Biden isn't all there, we need to know... We also need to give them a chance to stack their ideas against one another. We don't vote on issues directly in this country, like in Switzerland, we vote on people... So we need to see these people in a way where they can be evaluated more properly.

Well said! Not a thing in your analysis I don’t agree with. Truly one of the strangest election years in our history.

I don't know if I'd call it their "plan", but you have to think the Dems would love the idea of Biden getting elected, then stepping down or being seen as unfit, opening the door for a more extreme person to step in. It'll be REALLY interesting to see who he picks for his VP. Which already makes me sick, b/c it's probably going to be a minority woman for no other reason than to have a minority woman on the ballet with him.

Yep.... very strange times, indeed.

Chris Wallace grilled Trump in their interview that its been 3.5 years and Trump hasn't pitched a healthcare plan. Trump said he would be pushing a full, complete, etc health care plan in two weeks.

It hasn't happened yet, but they are already prepping to grill him if he doesn't announce one.

In 2016 he said "we will be able to immediately replace Obamacare"... He said we were going to have "great healthcare at a fraction of the price"... "You're going to be very proud of what we put forth on healthcare", he said that in 2017....

This is one of those tricky positions for Republicans, because they essentially don't have a plan on purpose. They don't want the government involved in healthcare, so the plan is basically to not have a plan. But thats a very hard thing to pitch. I think most people would probably be relatively happy with it, but its hard to not have a plan at all when you are competing with another group who is pitching a plan, even if fundamentally you don't want the government involved. Lindsey Graham seemed to hint that they don't have a big legislative overhaul to pitch, but instead will keep tearing down the ACA and do Executive Orders for other items like RX drugs, etc.

However, that isn't what they are promising.

In June of 2019, Trump said on ABC News that a "phenomenal" new healthcare plan was coming within 2 months. It never happened... Two months after that, Kellyanne Conway told reporters that they are preparing a major speech and plan to totally redesign the nations healthcare system within weeks... It never happened.

In April of 2019, Trump said there would be an announcement on what the healthcare plan is AFTER THE ELECTION in November. Without even saying what it was. Just that was great, way better than Obamacare, and you had to wait till after Republicans and he won to find out what it was.

Steve Hilton is right.... he can't go down this path. He needs to state what the plan is. If its to have no plan, just say that. If they actually have a plan, just release it.

But they have been promising to release a plan for years. This time is more high profile because the promise came out of nowhere during the Chris Wallace interview. Its just now been two weeks, so we will see if they come out with anything soon, or if it was just like these other claims over the years.

To be fair, Trump has been a little busy with dealing with lies the last 4 years...
